As the season draws to a close, we celebrate two bold new works by the FEDORA Prize 2025 Winners that will reach international stages this summer, offering a glimpse into the future of contemporary opera and the innovative use of digital technology in the performing arts. 

The Curing Line, winner of the FEDORA Opera Prize 2025, created by composer Michael Gallen, will premiere at the Kilkenny Arts Festival, while YUM!, winner of the FEDORA Digital Prize 2025, directed by Wen Liu, will make its debut at the Bregenzer Festspiele. Together, these visionary productions explore themes ranging from memory and healing to climate crisis and digital transformation, reflecting FEDORA's commitment to supporting artists who are redefining the future of the performing arts.
